Cancellation Policy

  1. Credit-Score Monitor is a free service designed to empower you to take control of your financial health. With easy access to your credit score and personalised tools, Credit-Score Monitor helps you monitor and improve your score while unlocking benefits to support your financial goals. You can cancel this service at anytime simply by logging in and going to your `Profile` then `Subscription` and choosing ‘Close account’. Or, by one of the other methods listed on the contact us page of our website.
  2. Credit-Score Boost is a subscription service and is free for up to 40 days. Following this period, a subscription fee of £9.95 per month inclusive of VAT will be charged. Payment is made via credit or debit card. By providing your card details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount each month until the subscription is cancelled by either party. You can cancel this service at anytime simply by logging in and going to your `Profile` then `Subscription` and choosing ‘Cancel Subscription’. Or, by one of the other methods listed on the contact us page of our website.
  3. Changes to Subscription Fees We reserve the right to change the subscription fee. Should this occur, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the new fee is applied. During this notice period, you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the new subscription fee.
  4. Payment Failures If a payment is declined, rejected, or reversed, we will continue to provide access to the service and attempt to collect payment for 45 days. If payment is still not received after 45 days, access to the service will be terminated, and no outstanding subscription charges will be pursued.
  5. Subscription Periods and Renewals Subscriptions are based on continuous 30-day periods starting from the purchase date. Your renewal date will be 30 days after the last renewal date. Payment may be deferred to the last Friday of the month for convenience. Your card will be charged on each renewal date unless the subscription is cancelled.
  6. Promotional Periods If the service is provided for free during a promotional period, your card will not be charged until the promotional period ends. You may be required to provide credit or debit card details to receive the service for free during the promotional period. A pre-authorisation check of £1 may be performed, which might temporarily reduce your available credit by £1.
  7. Updating Card Details If your card is nearing expiry, your card issuer may update us with the new card details to ensure uninterrupted service.
  8. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service. If you cancel before the end of a promotional period, no charges will be made. If you cancel after the promotional period, no further charges will be made from the next renewal date onwards. To avoid the next month’s charge, ensure cancellation is processed at least 5 days before your renewal date.
  9. Refunds Payments are not refundable. This is because the information provided is delivered to us immediately and prepared on an individually bespoke and customised basis for you at the time of your order. The supply of such services falls within the exemption to the right to cancel as defined in s28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds for the current month are not available if the subscription is cancelled after the renewal date. Refunds are only processed in case of billing errors or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
